Krystal Marie Ball

Krystal Marie Ball was born November 24 in 1981. She is an American political commentator. She was a former politician, as well as a television host on MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and former cohost of The Hill’s Rising alongside Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have decided to stop the show in May 2021. This was necessary for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is a co-host along with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared as a guest on networks like CNN, CNBC, Fox News as well as programs like Real Time with Bill Maher. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball attributes her further interest in politics due to the fact that she became an expectant mother in the 2008 primaries and also watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to see the effect that it had on the citizens of her home country and was inspired to understand the global impact of US politics. She was part of the Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was chosen by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the 2010 elections. But she lost to Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she was the co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. In May of 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action committee that works on behalf of Democratic causes.
